***Fee for Service/Cash pay is also accepted and can be discussed when calling the office for an appointment. Additionally, we can provide a superbill if your insurance is not accepted by us. This is a receipt that can be submitted to insurance to seek partial reimbursement by a patient. It is worth checking with your insurance to see if you have out-of-network options.
