***Fee-for-Service/cash pay is also accepted and can be discussed when calling the office for an appointment. Additionally, we can provide a superbill if your insurance is not accepted by us. This is a receipt that you can submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement for care, if we are out of network (OON) with your insurance and you have OON benefits.
